User account

When creating a user account, you must provide your basic data, such as your email address, name and password.

You can modify your data assigned to the account at any time using the options available after logging in to the account.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the user account is the execution of the contract for maintaining an account in the shop, which you conclude with the administrator on the basis of the shop regulations.

Your personal data contained in the user's account are processed for the duration of the account, i.e. for the duration of the agreement for maintaining the account in our store. At any time you can decide to delete your account, which will also result in removing your personal data from the database. Remember, however, that deleting an account does not result in deleting data concerning orders placed through the store.

Placing an order

When placing an order through the store, you must provide your personal data necessary to complete the order, i.e. your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. You can also provide additional data, such as information about your business. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, this data will be automatically entered into the order form, however, you always have the possibility to modify it.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data included in the order is the performance of the sales contract, which you conclude on the basis of the shop regulations.

The data provided in the order form will be saved in the shop's database and will be stored there until the period of prescription for claims under the sales contract concluded through the shop. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, order details such as the date of the order, the object and value of the order, the chosen method of delivery and payment are also recorded.

Invoices. If an invoice is issued for your order, we process your personal data to the extent necessary to issue an invoice. The legal basis for processing your data in this case is the fulfilment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all issued invoices are included in the accounting documentation, so that your data will be processed naturally within this documentation for the period of time required by law.

Returns and complaints

If you withdraw from the contract concluded through the shop or make a complaint about the products you bought, you provide us with the data contained in the withdrawal or the complaint form and we process these data for the purpose of the withdrawal or complaint procedure.

The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is the fulfilment of our legal obligations in connection with the withdrawal or complaint procedure.

Withdrawal forms and complaint forms are archived. The fact of withdrawing from the contract or making a complaint is also recorded in the shop system.


You can subscribe to a newsletter with information about news, promotions, products and services related to the shop. In order for us to send you the newsletter, we process your personal data concerning your name and email address.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent by checking the relevant content of the checkbox when subscribing to the newsletter. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

The data is processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you cancel the newsletter, which will result in the data being deleted from the database.

Email contact

When contacting us by email, you naturally provide us with your email address as the sender of the message. In addition, you may also include other personal data in your message.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this case is your consent to contact us.

Your personal data provided to us as part of the e-mail contact is processed solely for the purpose of handling your request. The contents of the correspondence may be archived.

Recovering dropped baskets. Our shop is equipped with a system allowing the recovery of discarded items from the basket . This means that if you fill in the order form but do not complete the transaction, you will receive an email with a reminder to complete the order. For the purpose of this procedure, your personal data related to the unfinished order is processed.

Third party cookies. Our shop, like most of today's websites, uses features provided by external services such as Facebook or YouTube.

Playing embedded YouTube videos on the site is associated with the acceptance of YouTube cookies.

The use of a widget that allows you to share content on social networking sites, is associated with the acceptance of Facebook and other social networking sites cookies.

Third party cookies are also used for remarketing and for the statistical activities referred to below.

Cookies used for statistical purposes. We use cookies to track the shop's statistics, such as the number of people visiting the shop, the type of operating system and web browser used to browse the shop, time spent in the shop, subpages visited, etc. We use Google Analytics in this respect. The information collected in this area is completely anonymous and does not allow your identification.

Marketing. We use cookies in order to carry out remarketing campaigns consisting in presenting you ads inviting you to return to the site or take advantage of some promotions, discounts etc. We also use Facebook Pixel to target you with ads on Facebook.

Additional tracking tools. The shop engine is equipped with a plug-in that allows you to observe you as a user visiting the shop and save the history of the last visited items.

Server logs

Using the shop involves sending queries to the store's server. Each query addressed to the server is saved in the server logs.

The logs include, among others, your IP address, date and time of the server, information about your web browser and the operating system you are using. The logs are saved and stored on the server.

The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific individuals using the service and are not used by us to identify you.

Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the service and their content is not disclosed to anyone except for persons authorized to administer the server.
